- For deliveries under US$27, delivery is by normal/air mail or registered mail depending on locations.
- For purchases over US$27, all deliveries will be sent out as registered post to you.
- Your order will be processed for shipment within 24 hours after you have confirmed your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you to inform you when the shipment has been shipped out.
- All items will be shipped out from Hong Kong SAR.
- Please allow 3 working days approx for deliveries within Hong Kong. And 7-14 days for deliveries outside Hong Kong. If you do not receive the delivery within 21 days, please contact us and we will track the delivery for you.
- The outer package of our delivery is a brown paper parcel and will NOT have any words or logo printed on it.
Return goods:
If in the case you find a damaged item upon receipt of your goods, please notify us by email and then send back the item to us by mail within 14 days with the receipt. Our team will inspect the returned item and will decide whether it can be accepted or not.
For reasons of hygiene, we will NOT accept any return goods which has been worn or washed. Upon acceptance, we will only exchange a new item same model and size to you depending on stock availability. L´Homme will NOT bear the mailing cost of the returned product.
